These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MTGMeta (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data except as expressly permitted.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or impersonate others.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Subscriptions & billing

• Premium features are offered on a subscription basis. Prices and features may change with notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Referral credit is subject to the program rules and may be adjusted or revoked for abuse.

Support & session viewing

When you contact support or use the Service, our staff may view a live, real-time view of your session to diagnose and resolve issues. These sessions are not recorded, and sensitive data is masked before it leaves your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your content

You retain ownership of decklists, scans, and other content you submit. You grant us a license to store and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Intellectual property

MTGMeta is unofficial and not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and all related properties are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are used under their respective terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics and win-rate data are informational and may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTGMeta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
